Note for choosing your pillow insert: Consider the desired fullness, decide how full you want the pillow to appear. A slightly larger insert can give the pillow a plump and luxurious look. This step is subjective and depends on personal preference. We recommend ordering the same size for the lumbar.

Care Instructions: Machine washable or dry cleaning. Removed the pin and the gnome when washing. If wash in a washing machine, choose the gentle or hand wash cycle. Please do not wash velvet in hot water as it could shrink fine velvet.
