We apologize, but unfortunately, we do not ship worldwide at the moment. :(
How long does fulfillment take? When will my package ship?
Fulfillment time is the time it takes to process and package your order. Orders will be processed and sent to the carrier within 2-3 business days. Once it’s in the hands of the carrier, please allow 1-3 business days if you are using expedited shipping and 4-6 business days for ground shipping to arrive to its desired destination. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking number via email once it’s processed and sent. If your order has not arrived within the timeframe that was given, please email us at hello@kszepanouihomes.com and we will be glad to assist you.
Who is responsible for lost or stolen packages?
At KSZ E'Panoui Homes, we understand that lost or stolen packages can be frustrating for both our customers and ourselves. When it comes to the responsibility for lost or stolen packages, it depends on the circumstances and the shipping carrier's policies. Here's how we handle these situations:
1. Shipping Carrier Responsibility: Once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS), they become responsible for its safe delivery. They have their own tracking systems and protocols in place to ensure the packages reach their destination securely. In the event of a lost or stolen package, we work closely with the carrier to resolve the issue and initiate a claim if applicable.
2. Customer Support: As a small business, we take pride in providing excellent customer service. If a package goes missing or is stolen, we encourage our customers to reach out to us as soon as possible. We will investigate the matter and assist in tracking the package, initiating a claim if necessary, and finding a resolution.
3. Insurance and Claims: Depending on the specific circumstances and the shipping carrier's policies, insurance coverage may be available for lost or stolen packages. If insurance was purchased for the shipment, we will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim on behalf of our customer and assist in the process.
Please note that while we strive to ensure a smooth and secure delivery process, we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. However, we will do everything within our control to support our customers and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Do you allow exchanges?
We apologize, but we do not allow exchanges.
Do you allow returns?
Yes, we do accept returns on non-sale items, but this is subject to change. All returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date and the items must be returned in its packages and unused to be valid. There will be a re-stocking fee of 25% for the item in which you are returning. All sale items are final priced and are not allow for returns and it's non-refundable.
Damage and Issues?
Please inspect your order upon delivered and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to return a product?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days after receiving your package. To initiate a return, please e-mail us at hello@kszepanouihomes.com with your order number and why you’re returning the product. Any returned item must be in its original condition and unused to be eligible for a return. There will be a re-stocking fee of 25% for the item in which you are returning. We will provide you with a return shipping label after agreement terms, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once you are approved, we then will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please allow for a period of up to 14 business days depending on your bank for the amount to go back into your account.
For items that are damaged or defected, we do ask that you take a photo and send to us. Please note that we do not accept returns on items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original package. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement.
